In today’s world, technology has become the strongest bridge for inclusion. For Persons with Disabilities (PwDs), digital solutions can unlock opportunities that were once out of reach—access to education, jobs, information, and livelihoods. At Sarthak Educational Trust, we believe that digital innovation is not a privilege but a right, and it must be harnessed to build equal pathways for everyone.
Our digital platforms are designed with accessibility, scalability, and impact at their core. They not only serve as tools of empowerment but also create a connected ecosystem where PwDs can learn, grow, and thrive with dignity.
Launched as a centralized disability information portal, CapSarathi addresses a critical gap: the lack of reliable, updated, and accessible information for PwDs and their families. From government schemes to assistive technology updates, from training opportunities to healthcare linkages—CapSarathi serves as a trusted companion.
Available in multiple languages (English, Hindi & 8 Regional Languages), it ensures that language is never a barrier in accessing resources. Over the years, it has become a go-to platform for parents, caregivers, rehabilitation professionals, and PwDs themselves, offering guidance at every stage of their journey.
Employment is the strongest tool for social inclusion. With this belief, Sarthak created RozgarSarathi, a digital job portal exclusively designed for PwDs. Unlike generic job boards, RozgarSarathi hosts verified, inclusive, and accessible job openings from corporates committed to diversity.
The platform connects trained candidates with real opportunities across sectors like IT, retail, hospitality, e-commerce, and healthcare. Its user-friendly interface allows candidates to search jobs, upload resumes, and track applications with ease, while employers can access a pool of talented and job-ready PwDs.
Skilling is not just about training; it is about learning without barriers. GyanSarathi, Sarthak’s accessible Learning Management System (LMS), is built to provide structured, inclusive, and interactive e-learning experiences.
It offers multimedia-rich courses in vocational skills, digital literacy, and life skills—designed with accessibility features to ensure that no learner is left behind. The program follows a structured approach including mobilization, candidate mapping, three months of training with baseline, mid-term, and end-term assessments, and weekly quizzes to track learner progress.
Training is delivered in a blended format—both online and offline—using role plays, discussions, and participatory methods. Regular reviews by Sarthak’s head office team support trainers and ensure consistent quality. Today, GyanSarathi complements the vocational skilling offered at 30 physical centers across India, making learning possible anytime, anywhere.
As the digital economy grows, entrepreneurship is becoming a preferred pathway for many PwDs who aspire to set up their own ventures. Recognizing this, Sarthak is preparing to launch MartSarathi, an inclusive e-commerce marketplace for PwDs.
MartSarathi will provide a platform for PwD entrepreneurs and artisans to showcase and sell their products, ranging from handicrafts to services, directly to customers. Beyond being a marketplace, it will act as an ecosystem—offering business training, digital marketing support, and access to customers who are eager to buy with purpose.
By bringing PwD-owned enterprises into the mainstream e-commerce space, MartSarathi will open doors to financial independence and dignity of work.
Together, these platforms have created a digital community of over 1,00,000 users, spanning learners, jobseekers, parents, employers, and professionals. They break barriers of geography, mobility, and information gaps—ensuring that PwDs across India, including those in smaller towns and rural areas, have access to opportunities once limited to a few.
These platforms are interconnected pathways supporting PwDs from childhood to livelihood.
