The Indian Disability Empowerment Alliance (IDEA) is a national collaborative platform of 1,000+ NGOs working together to strengthen the disability sector in India. Built on the belief that “together we can achieve more”, IDEA unites diverse organizations under a single umbrella to amplify their collective impact through capacity building, shared learning, and unified advocacy.

IDEA is not just a network – it is a movement of collaboration, empowering grassroots organizations, amplifying their voices, and ensuring persons with disabilities (PwDs) across the country receive the support, opportunities, and dignity they deserve.
