Through a structured, scalable, and inclusive model, Sarthak offers comprehensive 360-degree support that empowers Persons with Disabilities (PwDs) to achieve sustainable employment and financial independence.

Training is aligned with industry demand across 10+ high-growth sectors, including IT, BPO, Retail, Hospitality, Healthcare, and E-commerce. Each candidate is supported through skill-building, confidence enhancement, and employment linkage—transforming lives one job at a time.
