SDF is the dedicated resource mobilization and CSR engagement arm of Sarthak Educational Trust. While all services for Persons with Disabilities (PwDs) are delivered free of cost by Sarthak, SDF partners with corporates to provide customized inclusion solutions that help workplaces build equitable opportunities for PwDs.

By offering consultative, training, and accessibility services, SDF enables companies to align with the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (RPwD) Act, 2016, meet their 4% employment mandate, and advance CSR/ESG goals while creating sustainable impact.
