Aniruddha’s Success Story: From NIT Kurukshetra to TVS with Sarthak’s Support

Aniruddha, a B.Tech-Mechanical Engineer from NIT Kurukshetra, experienced a rollercoaster ride in his placement journey. Despite studying at a premier institution, his college couldn’t provide him with the career opportunities he aspired to. However, Sarthak Educational Trust stepped in and transformed his future, helping him secure his dream job at TVS Motors with a salary package of 8.1 LPA.

Born with 40% locomotor disability, Aniruddha's journey began with challenges during his schooling. When it was time to join college, he faced a year gap due to Covid. He was preparing for JEE and ready to head to Kota City for further preparation, but destiny had its own plans.

The Covid situation caused a year gap, leading to concerns about his career growth. However, Aniruddha's motivation to crack NIT admission never wavered. After the gap, he tried again and secured admission to NIT Kurukshetra.

Despite completing his degree with excellent marks, Aniruddha struggled with placements. His life changed when he received a random email about Sarthak Educational Trust, prompting him to inquire about the services Sarthak offers for persons with disabilities (PwDs).

Although highly qualified, he enrolled in Sarthak's Skill Building Program in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. His trust in Sarthak paid off; after completing basic training, he secured a placement at TVS company in Bangalore with a salary package of 8.1 LPA.

Aniruddha has now been working at TVS for four months and is extremely satisfied with his job. It was a dream come true for Aniruddha, as he got the job as a Quality Engineer, working in his selected mechanical field.

He credits Sarthak for giving him his first job opportunity and turning his dream into reality. Reflecting on his journey, Aniruddha shared, “Sarthak gave me my first job, and that too with a high salary package. It feels like I’m pursuing my hobby at work – it’s that fulfilling.”
