Empowered by Confidence: Shivani's Journey with Sarthak Educational Trust

Shivani always felt shy and insecure about her height due to Dwarfism. She avoided social situations and skipped college classes, fearing she would be mocked. Despite earning an MA degree, Shivani was on the lookout for a work-from-home job, hoping to escape the challenges of interacting with others.

One day, Shivani came across a job post from Sarthak Educational Trust on Instagram. Curious, she connected with Sarthak Global Resource Center in Gurgaon, a decision that changed her life. Through their training program, Shivani gained confidence, improved her communication skills, and started believing in herself.

Her first big test came when Sarthak arranged a job interview with IndiaMART. Armed with the skills she acquired, Shivani aced the interview and secured a telecaller position, earning 1.2 LPA. From her home, she now confidently interacts with people daily, turning what was once a fear into her strength.
