When little Manan, just 4.5 years old, first arrived at the Sarthak Educational Trust's Early Intervention Centre, his parents carried with them not just concern, but hope. Diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy, Manan was unable to sit without support, feed himself, or actively engage with the world around him. Basic milestones that come easily to most children felt distant for him.
His parents had tried their best, but they knew he needed structured intervention and expert guidance. That’s when they turned to Sarthak’s Early Intervention Program, a space specially designed to support children with developmental delays through therapies, counseling, and care.
With the combined efforts of physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and special educators, a plan tailored to Manan’s specific needs was set into motion. Therapy sessions focused on improving his posture, hand coordination, communication, and social interaction skills.
Today, after just five months of regular sessions and home-based follow-ups, the transformation is heartwarming:
✅ Manan can now sit without support, maintaining balance on his own
🍽️ He eats independently, using both hands with improved coordination
💬 He’s started engaging with his parents and even his peers — smiling, responding, and expressing himself
His parents, once anxious, now beam with pride and relief — watching their son gain confidence, independence, and joy.
Manan’s story is a powerful reminder that early intervention works. With the right support, children with disabilities can achieve remarkable milestones — one small step at a time.
