Nasir Nazir: A Journey of Transformation with Sarthak

Nasir Nazir, a 24-year-old from Jammu and Kashmir, has shown incredible determination in overcoming challenges. Born with a 40% locomotor disability in both legs due to an infection shortly after birth, walking was a significant struggle for him. However, through treatment and surgery, Nasir's condition improved, and he can now walk independently.

Nasir always aspired to complete his education and become self-reliant. With unwavering dedication, he earned a Bachelor's degree in Arts and a diploma in Computer Science, equipping himself with the knowledge and skills to shape a better future. Despite his efforts, finding suitable job opportunities in his hometown remained a challenge.

In July 2024, Nasir’s life took a transformative turn when he learned about Sarthak Educational Trust through a WhatsApp group. Encouraged by their outreach, he registered for their training program at the Gurgaon Center. This decision marked a pivotal moment in his journey.

At Sarthak, Nasir underwent intensive training in computer skills, communication, and interview preparation—essential tools to help him secure a rewarding job. His hard work paid off when he participated in a job fair organized by Sarthak’s hiring partner, Amazon. Here, Nasir achieved a major milestone: his first job as a Customer Support Executive, with the opportunity to work from home.

Nasir’s role at Amazon comes with a salary package of INR 3.8 LPA, and he has been thriving in this position for the past two months. Working from the comfort of his home, Nasir is ecstatic about this new chapter in his life.
